Tomorrow (Thursday Sept. 22) I will be teaching a FREE coupon class. We will have 3 20-min segments. Along with couponing we will have a butcher from Macey's teach us how to choose good cuts of meat and we will be learning how to plan healthy meals for our family.

One of my favorite blogs is couponingtodisney.com. There are many reasons why I love this blog but the biggest reason has to be because we are couponing our way to a trip to Disneyland this winter. Another reason I love this blog is the 5 a day challenge!

Did you know that companies often send you coupons for things just for a compliment/complaint? They do! The 5 a day challenge gives you the contact info for 5 different companies and challenges you to write to them. It's a really easy way to get coupons so you can cut money on your grocery budget and use them other places. Feel free to check them out here and start writing to companies too.

I absolutely adore Macey's. It's an Associated Foods store we have here in Utah. The people are always so friendly and helpful, and their shelves are usually stocked throughout the week (a rare find in the couponing world). Anyways, they offer a whole bunch of freebies I wanted to tell you about.

Free Amazon Music

Amazon has a whole bunch of FREE music albums. I just checked out their children's section and found a bunch of really fun kids albums that are FREE! You do need an amazon account to download them.
